Here is a shot of the entire gang: (from left to right) The Guard, Patches, Captain Breadbeard and Walker.

The Guard and Breadbeard were made by me, Patches and Walker the basic figure was made by Dean while I added detail.

Hair Jiggle

Here is a test in which I applied a jiggle to Patches' hair so that when ever his head moves his hair will make a wavy movement.
